Bunch of crooks and liars. When I tried to explain to them that there is another SSN linked to my account that I'm not aware of. they hung up on me. Clearly, these people at Southern management systems cannot be trusted.

Somehow, they have me confused with somebody else. And yet, they still expect me to pay thousands of dollars that I do not owe. When I tried to clarify, they said someone will call. But it has been years since then, the debt is still in my credit report, and they still have not called me to rectify their mistake.

I've been seeing reviews on individuals who have been able to make payments by phone, but I've been told I can only do it on their 3rd party Pay Data Center Site, or sending it in by Mail. While my case manager is a great person, the methods for making payments are not. I will not mail in my payments regular mail because money gets stolen more often than not. I can't send certified because the post office is only open for 4 hours every day during the week, and I work 8. They are not open on the weekends. I can't get logg... read more

I called on 7/15/19 to speak with a representative in regards to a debt on my credit report. The representative informed me that the representative assigned to my account was out. I then asked if there was anyone else to speak with, or if I was able to speak with a manager and/or supervisor. The representative stated there was no managers or supervisors there.
