The manager Christie was verbally abusive to me on the phone she cursed at me mocked my financial situation threatened me and said “ our conversation made her head hurt” no one deserves to be treated like this I’m disgusted A manager should know to speak to and treat all customers with respect she needs to be removed from the company after the phone call I experienced today
Southern Loans is a great place, the employees have all been very kind and helpful especially Kayla 😏 I definitely recommend this place if you're needing a small loan to help you through hard times. Also, Norma H.. That's your own fault for being late on your payments. Just sayin' 🤷🏻♀️😂
I would not use Southern loans. when you are late on your payment they call and they harass the people that you left for a reference and goes as far as to try to tell you how to raise your children to pay their bills. I would not recommend them.
Absolute Worst They are so rude. They will bug the [emailprotected]!p out of you the same day your due for a payment. This place all around sucks! I learned my lesson and will never get a loan anywhere in life, thanks to this company.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! The worst place to get a loan from. They are very inconvenient with payment options. They recently stopped doing over the phone payments, and added a 25 dollar late fee to my account for that. They didn't even call me in advance to let me know that wasn't a option any more! I would rather go to check & go, or cash advance than Southern loans. They will also harass you and whoever you put down on your reference list! Some girl that works there has a really bad additutde she is the worst person to work there. I went in to apply for a loan and she was magerly rude. I believe her name was Maria what a total rude person. May god bless you guys with that employee
