I just witnessed the most unprofessional customer service ever towards my mother. The driver lacked courtesy and was to worried about his trolley getting messy. Where is the hospitality towards the customer. Where in visual site does it say you cannot track dirt or mud in the trolley its public transportation what do you expect we are paying customers.Not even a one star categorizes the extremely poor service of this trolley driver.
