I have been forgotten on 5 occasions. Then when I do get there I’m forged to sit outside in the sun for at least 2 and a half to 3 hours waiting to be brought back home. I’ve filed with the insurance company, who is working with me to see the exact times of pick up to and pick up home. My appointments are critical, and cannot be missed every 2 weeks.
