Bad lady was rude also bank card and ten dollars were taken in her cab . Also she didn't telle someone else was picking me up I was sick and waited a hour and a half for my ride a while back I had a Dr. Appointment and the driver never picked me up the dispatch lady said he wasn't answering his phone well that is no way to run a business this company don't seem to have a ethical business attitude wish I wouldn't have to go with them.
