Dr Keneaster was wonderful and I saw him on several occasions. As he is stepping back, the few times I’ve been since then and been seen by other doctors , I don’t feel like I was thoroughly checked and know that some areas were overlooked. I didn’t realize in the office because the lady doc was so off putting and made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I was told to get on a chair I had no way of reaching. Appointment was at 730 didn’t get seen till 8:15. Nurse was not very friendly and acting like the dr. My bf asked if she could shave the area where they were cutting on and she said shave what? You don’t wanna get numbed. Like really! Not very professional at all
I have walked into scheduled appointments to be told by receptionist that they were rescheduled. They are "too busy" to treat you like you matter and I was shown on multiple occasions that my health is not a priority. If you are looking for answers regarding your health and not just botox, go somewhere else.
Called this morning 11/18 to make a appointment. Never got to it lady was rude condescending tone. I just hung up and will look elsewhere. I know Ted and he would be appalled if he knew how she spoke. Unfortunately I'll be looking elsewhere.
