Friendly and professional.
Not sure what the hell was into the parts guy on the phone today, but we called looking for a part for a commercial stove, the manufacturer said this place was a distributor. The guy on the phone cut us off, got pissed off said he doesn’t know anything about parts “I just order them”. Literally refused to help and said all he can do is order a part. Can’t look up the part, can’t help us figure out what parts we need, nothing. Basically told us it wasn’t his problem. Take your business elsewhere.
