I don't understand the operation mode of this warehouse. The efficiency is extremely low.
The employee arrives at 8:00 AM, but unfortunately, unloading doesn’t begin until around 9:30 AM. On the plus side, there’s plenty of truck parking available.
Worst place for delivery. Very unprofessional. Long waiting time. They don’t deserve any professional business. As truck driver avoid them when possible. I would like to give them negative stars....
Was told my preorder got cancelled because I did not spend enough with them in the last year and they ran out of product to allocate. Not sure what the point of a preorder is through them if they arent going to get enough to fill the orders. Immediately told my rep to close my account and will no longer be doing any business with this company going forward. Also heard the same from another store owner. Buyer be ware that you are not promised your preorders.
