Ordered materials in December 2021. They charged my card, then I never got the promised confirmation of shipment. I emailed repeatedly over several months trying to get a resolution. I tried calling the number listed on their website but the business phone had been disconnected. When I finally made contact almost 4 months later, Labruce Lucas, the owner, blamed the USPS, and told me that I would have to file claims with them, which was impossible since I had nothigng but tracking numbers he had sent earlier that day.
