The Sothern Hills Arts Council needs to hire a new executive director, one that does not trash her peers and one that does not put on airs, it is really an embarassment. Maybe someone who is ready to handle putting a webpage up - now that would appeal to a lot of people. Also a new director would add life to what has been a really poor showing,not by the wonderfully talented citizens, but by snotty old diector. And the art students did not "out do" themsleves, they just happen to be talented.
