Our loan process wasn’t straight forward but Erika guided us through the entire process and was there every step of the way. When our original application approval was changed (thank you changes to negative gearing) Erika didn’t stop until we had a new and better solution. We’re thrilled with our new property and it wouldn’t have happened without Erika as our mortgage broker.
