office staff are rude, no care for the community or seniors, they just want your money/Gov funding. Would rather use a taxi from now on. response to owner; I have a family member that uses your service, I have had to call your office for assistance with a booking in both Minto and Mittagong - not sure if you rotate your staff between sites but both occassions it sounded like the same lady. This was the first time I had a need for transport. The service was punctual and the drivers helpful and courteous. Thanks for a great community service

I am appalled by the service my client received with his most recent experience with Community Transport. My client was having a procedure done at St Vincent’s Hospital, whereby it was made very clear to Community Transport his admission time. After delaying his pick up time in Bundanoon was scheduled for 8:45 to 8:56am ( the afternoon before) yet assured him he would arrive in Darlinghurst by 11am.
