What I love about Southern First is that it's still small enough that it offers great customer service unlike the large banks that just put you in hold. The best thing about it is I talk to a REAL human when I call them!! I had a few problems with my card which the teller sorted out in seconds without even having to ask my information. Thank you 👊👊👊
We visited Southern First on Woodruff Road this week and were greeted with smiling, friendly, helpful people at this bank. A vast difference than two different banks we had been dealing with. Thank you Southern First for caring about your employees and your customers.
Got off work early to cash a bonus check from that bank and couldn't because it couldn't be verified because someone has already left for the day . very much an inconvenience when the check is from the company i work for and they bank with the establishment but i cant cash it . wow
