I originally did a review without fully understanding everything. With that being said Southern First has explained everything with great detail. I would like to change my review based on my interaction with Katie and Kevin. They are both great!
Always a pleasurable experience
They use to be alright until they closed a local branch and quit taking online payments. Now they’ve moved a couple decades in the wrong direction and require me to mail in a check to make a payment or drive 1.5 hrs to make a payment in person. I do not recommend this bank. Response to your response: What option is there other than force me to open a checking account with yall?
It's always nice and clean inside! However, the older lady with glasses is not helpful. She can quickly get an attitude. Just a warning!
