Southern First came to our absolute rescue! Sean Holleran moved quickly, efficiently and with the upmost kindness. He went out of his way every day to communicate and even came by the house to drop us off items we needed after a busy night shift! After unforeseen circumstances we had to rely on Sean and Southern First, and I’m so incredibly happy we did.

Wow. Talk about hospitality. Southern First - Charleston reminds you of what banking was like years ago. Everyone knows your name and the customer service journey is seamless from person to person. I have the pleasure of usually working with Willimae who is attentive to everything I have needed, but everyone there is on top of it. They also can print checks and Debit cards on the spot which is so helpful! Oh, and parking is simple!!! I highly recommend the team at Southern First.
A bank with a personal touch. The nicest people work here and the bank has great account services
SF likes to talk it up about great customer service but theirs is the worst and I have to endure their unnecessary extended security every log in. And they get use of savings deposits but pay no interest. Emailed them requesting help and got NO response. They were sweet cakes at sign up time but it has been all downhill since then
