I used this loan company to help build my credit. little did I know of the incompetence of the employee's all the way up to management. Keeping my payments up to date has never been a problem as I've stated. So I was surprised to here from my references that this company to was calling to inform them of my payment NOT being made. Turns out what ever employee handle my payment the week( yes, thats week as in 5 business day's)before did not take the time to do her job, therefore the phone calls to the references were made.
