Second time being here...first time I had no issue and I went in th drove thru. This time, I came inside and the teller Michael acted like he didn't want to be there. Barely spoke above a whisper and was kinda rude. Didn't expect this type of treatment from MY BANK. He slid my receipt paper back to me half bent/folded and said uh huh. Did not like that.
I've been a member since 1981. They have always treated me with respect and kindness. I've financed several cars with them. And I have always been satisfied with them.
Horrible experience and rude staff.
Top notch customer service! I recently obtained an auto loan here and they were fantastic to work with. Ivan specifically was super efficient in getting the loan to closing and was a pleasure to work with. I also visited the branch and they were fantastic!
