To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. We ordered a custom table and chairs in July 2021. We added bar stools to the order in August. They build the table and order all chairs. We knew that the chairs were on back order which is not their fault. However, I did expect a phone call here and there to be updated on our order that we paid about 6k for. Promised and Purchased End Tables That Never Transpired - Purchased two (2) simple end tables on 12/29 to be built in 6 weeks. Today 03/06 after two (2) unanswered left phone call messages and one (1) text message. I went to store front to understand the status of our order.
