Tania is an incredibly kind and compassionate physio who truly understands what it’s like to be in pain. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and supported. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and never rushes the process, which makes a huge difference when you’re already feeling vulnerable.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tania and her skills on getting you back to feeling great again. True, you occasionally feel pain (good) while visiting but as they say - no pain, no gain.

I have been going to Tania now for nearly 2 years straight after my left total shoulder replacement and then follow-up for my neck and spine condition on a regular basis. My partner has seen her a couple of times and can’t praise her enough. Tania is very professional, excellent as a physiotherapist and really gives results of any condition I have had.
