I feel like I have won the lottery. My flat is gorgeous! Well designed for older single person, refurbished clean light airy well insulated safe great location for walking to services and transport. Wounderfull experience excellent staff made move so smooth excellent premises highly recommended
Southern Cross housing is a stain on the community. They do not protect the normal owners from their own ( Southern Cross) tenets that destroy other people property, take whats not theirs and are totally abusive. Southern Cross management should be responsible for their inept performance
I was very excited and relieved to be offered a very nice unit by Oliver Walton from Southern Cross Housing. Oliver was a pleasure to deal with, especially when compared to the Housing Manager from the private rental which I am relieved to be vacating. Oliver knew all about the complex and was supportive with getting the lease form done. I am so happy with Oliver and for Southern Cross Housing everything has gone so smoothly.
