Southern Cross housing is a stain on the community. They do not protect the normal owners from their own ( Southern Cross) tenets that destroy other people property, take whats not theirs and are totally abusive. Southern Cross management should be responsible for their inept performance
I was very excited and relieved to be offered a very nice unit by Oliver Walton from Southern Cross Housing. Oliver was a pleasure to deal with, especially when compared to the Housing Manager from the private rental which I am relieved to be vacating. Oliver knew all about the complex and was supportive with getting the lease form done. I am so happy with Oliver and for Southern Cross Housing everything has gone so smoothly.
