My mum has recently been placed here - top notch service with a care & smile.

I went there as an agency staff and the staff over there was very rude. Asian Enrolled nurse she has a short height and she doesn't know how to respect others was very unprofessional and the carer staff, the Asian boy was also very mean. They don't deserve any help from agency staff.
