I went there as an agency staff and the staff over there was very rude. Asian Enrolled nurse she has a short height and she doesn't know how to respect others was very unprofessional and the carer staff, the Asian boy was also very mean. They don't deserve any help from agency staff.
Incredible care, support and kindness. My father has been a resident of this facility for over two years and the dementia ward has been flawless. All staff, from nurses, casual staff, catering, support services, doctors and management have given their all to each and every resident. We can’t fault West Beach residential. I am SO pleased we were able to place Dad here for this final years. Thank you and we are very appreciative.
