The facility found it difficult caring for my mum with alzheimers..Mum ended up leaving after 2 weeks and was told she would not be offered a place due to her behaviour caused by the disease. Furthermore their preferred chemist tried to rip me off by overcharging me.
My mum has recently been placed here - top notch service with a care & smile.
