Unacceptable! They have a new operating system and they have taken staff off a client i volunteer and advocate for. The client is disabled has dementia and does not like changes and now will have strangers who do not know their routine. Now I'm also hearing from other volunteers that's it's happening with others and causing distress. Please do better and I will change my review.
Let me start from scratch. I worked as a Nurse with Southern Cross Care in community setting. I was working with few clients and they were very pleased with my nursing care. I picked up shifts mostly on weekends. I always had technical issues with there Procura app. It was found that non my notes were being registered in their system. I was called in to resolve this and the IT team first hand saw the issue and fixed it for me. Probably the most unethical and / or incompetent organisations I have ever dealt with . For a not for profit entity they are certainly focussed on extracting as much money as possible from elderly people . After my mother moved out of her lease for life villa we were given a quote for refurbishing that included items that were already included in the monthly service fee or didn’t even exist .
