My aunty was in this home some years back ,she was abuse with others and died in torment pain in front of me,nurse refused to do anything, she needed pain relief and was let to yell out in torment, I will never never forget as long as I live
The staff here are absolutely incredible. The way they care for each and every individual with such a gentle manner, kindness and genuine compassion is truly beautiful to witness. During the time my Nan was here, the staff cared for her as though she was their own family.
