Dad was here for 5 weeks in 2025. The staff were excellent. Reception, catering, nursing, coordinator, care staff all friendly and helpful. They treated dad with care and respect. They were accommodating of his needs and quirks. As dad was passing they gave him and us, his children, special care too.
Do not rate the place at all my grandmother is there and U happy there is nothing there for them to do food is what jail people get for the price U pay witch is mind blowing stupid yearly U would expect nothing but the best. Very very sad 😭 DO NOT RATE IT ONE BIT!
Failed my Mum. Even the ACC say PKC should have done more for her. Only 2 years and she was gone, so soon, due to PKC. Was healthy when she went in.

Meals are NOT chef cooked! Do NOT cater for all dietary requirements they lie in advertising! Staff need training in care management. Unless you live here or are here often because of loved one, you will only see the flowery fluff they try to blind you with.
