I understand the negative emotion of people placing parent in a home, its not easy, but to blame the nursing home of baseless claims only reflects the reason and level of care that some family members had for them prior to addmittence. I have found no fault with this company, they offer so much for the people staying in the home along with medical, physio, gym, aqua activities, art social activities and many more. Dad was here for 5 weeks in 2025. The staff were excellent. Reception, catering, nursing, coordinator, care staff all friendly and helpful. They treated dad with care and respect. They were accommodating of his needs and quirks. As dad was passing they gave him and us, his children, special care too.
Do not rate the place at all my grandmother is there and U happy there is nothing there for them to do food is what jail people get for the price U pay witch is mind blowing stupid yearly U would expect nothing but the best. Very very sad 😭 DO NOT RATE IT ONE BIT!
Failed my Mum. Even the ACC say PKC should have done more for her. Only 2 years and she was gone, so soon, due to PKC. Was healthy when she went in.
My mum was there and received the best care
