If you have loved ones that are close to you, that you care about, then I would not put them in this nursing home. They will show you the best room with the best staff and care for your loved ones for Respite period and then things will change and a lot of it is done behind your back. This nursing home does have very good stuff and nurses if you have the money to pay for it but the manager or lack of managers and office staff is disgusting.

Worked for company now a client. Had respite here was disgusting. 2 bed changes in 2 weeks because I spilt drinks to get fresh Linnen. Food disgusting, personal care disgusting 2 showers in 2 weeks and was left in shower by carer that went home didn't finish her shift load. Worst site of company, Sandy Bay sites far better than this site.
