There are some lovely people here to care for your loved ones, but also some who don't care about their job. The Lifestyle coordinator, Ashley has taken around 5 months off. This really affects the residents as they need something to do.
I worked here and at first it was hard but I was soon accepted by the staff and that made life much more fun .
