So disappointed with the experience with this facility.admin/reception unfriendly interactions, unhelpful and often provides incomplete or inaccurate information that needed .It creates a difficult working environment and affects staff morale & lots of favouritism.nurses seem unsure or inconsistent when providing updates about residents.I hope these issues are addressed for a better experience for both staff and residents.
We go here to play ukulele every fortnight. It a fantastic place with individual homes with a lovey central area. A couple of friends are building a house in the complex.
People say you’re a good nursing home, but when things get to much don’t want you here Anymore Very disappointed in the southern cross care And it does take awhile for someone to get used the new area ( specially if they’ve been in their own home for 85 odd years) It take 4 week ish or longer Not 2 days
Great staff and great facilities.
