I can’t speak highly enough of Mount Carmel Residential Care. The facility is always spotlessly clean, well maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and common areas are comfortable, and the overall layout and facilities make it feel calm and well organised. Just put my dad in here after mum passed away. Its a great place and environment
If your loved one is high needs, this is not the place for them. My loved one took a huge step backwards while staying there. Management did not care and wanted them out of their care asap. My loved one is now in a new aged care home where they are absolutely thriving. Keep on looking for your loved ones, do not settle for mediocre care. Mt Carmel looks great from the outside, and they'll promise you bells and whistles, but on the inside it is a very different and disappointing story
