Mawson Court Aged Care Facility often felt like one happy little family. You all treated Mum with such kindness, we felt she was always in good hands. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for looking after our mum Shirley.
My father and mother in law both went into this facility about 18 months ago. The staff went out of their way to accomodate them with a room that could fit both beds so that they could be together. The staff are lovely and caring and the meals are good! There is always room for improvement with activities and decor, but overall, they are doing a great job!
My four experiences with this facility in Oct 2017 was unacceptable. This facility needs a complete review, the treatment we received was highly upsetting and it wasn't until I had to complain to Head Office that I received an apology. The next experience after that was worse. I would highly recommend that people look for other facilities.
