This is one of the most appalling aged care facilities I have ever visited. I was a volunteer here and was shocked by the lack of empathy and compassion from staff and management. Residents were often ignored, mocked, or even yelled at for simply asking for help. I personally witnessed staff and the manager KC joking about an elderly resident who had fallen and was crying out for assistance, with staff playing ‘not it’ to avoid helping her.
