I’m an agency nurse and had a wonderful experience working at this nursing home. From the start, I was given a thorough orientation, which helped me feel confident and supported in my role. The staff were incredibly welcoming—constantly checking in and offering help without hesitation. The facility itself is spacious, and it was clear that the residents were happy and well cared for. It was a pleasure to be part of such a positive and professional environment.
This facility is one of the worst aged care facility. It was my first night shift . There is a RN . His name is Nasir. He didn’t explain me anything regarding the residents. I was new over there. Other staff members told me little bit regarding the residents. The RN came to me and started to show aggressive behaviour towards me without any reason .
