Just drove from Sydney to visit my Mother Joyce . Was very pleased with the care these under-staffed and under-paid to their elderly under their care. Yes the carpet along all the corridors were very badly stained, what can we expect when out weak Premier won't give them better funding. Well done to all staff. UPDATE. Just like to take this opportunity to thank all you loving and caring staff. Mother passed away today at 1.55pm, the care and thoughts we got was so appreciated at this sad time,

The nurse was absolutely lovely when we arrived. She showed us where to go and continued on with her work. The lounge area carpet was nothing but stains,looked absolutely discusting,it looked filthy.I had to go and ask for a cuppa as the person I was visiting had not been given one. The two care staff I seen appeared to be more interested in their own conversation with each other than the residents. Very dissappointed.I would definitely NOT like my family member living here
