Good place to bank at I been there over some time now
The new acquisition bank is not as friendly as Southern Commercial Bank, and has made a decision to tow any car that is not a customer @ $500.00, including locking down your vehicle until it is towed. Carondelet is not Ladue, nor Clayton, and this was extremely abrupt. I have lived in the neighborhood at the same address for 19 years, and parking on the bank lot was never a problem..... True to most in St Louis, the so called "well to do" prey on those whom are not well to do. Would you really want me as a customer?
I tried this branch for a month but there back office made several mistakes on my new business account after which I closed my account. Hopefully there recent acquisition improves the quality of service
