they suck.can't get them on the phone there are new people working every month.atm card has takinen over 3 weeks.
The people who work at this location have NO idea what customer service truly means. The majority of the employees at this location are arrogant and inconsiderate. Long story short, i deposited a check the night prior so i could pay a bill with my card. I specifically asked the teller about any fees that could be associated with my account. She told me (and she was training someone) there were no fees, that the check i was depositing would be safe. Next day, i went in to pull some cash from the ATM.. insufficient funds. More than once I have had to wait in line for over 15 minutes to make a cash deposit when out of the four people that are behind the counter only one is helping customers. Also, calling customer service using the 1-800 number or the (913) number will result in being placed on hold for a very long time, the automated recording will state that hold times are in excess of 20 minutes, but over 40 minutes is normal. The websites for these banks are HORRIBLE. They only seem to be up during business hours. I need to get into my checking account now, and as usual, the website is down. It's been nothing but problem after problem from Academy Bank, one of their banks. This bank can go to hell. It took a YEAR for them to send me a debit card for my 2nd checking account, but I dealt with that because I could always go on the website and transfer funds from one account to the next - a work around of sorts.
