Bought a pellet stove off them just before winter installed it asked us if we had pellets to try it out we didn't haha thought they would bring half a bag atleast to see if it works .. so get pellets next day stove does not work ...call them they come out figure out it's in shipping mode ok cool stove works now use the stove for next 2 months works good then all of a sudden the loader isn't working reset everything starts working then again it's not working like it first did then could not get pellets to drop so call souther... read more
We had two people come in to fix our fireplace before Jake, and they couldn’t figure it out! Truthfully they didn’t try very hard. Jake came and was pretty confident he could fix it, I think it gave him a run for his money but he fixed it!! He was so nice and personable which was awesome. Happy customer right here ☺️
