They have been great to do business with. They are friendly and knowledgeable.
Stay away from doing business with this company. They are horrid to buy a car from and servicing a loan. I sold my car I bought from them over a month ago and still cannot get paid the balance I am owed ($5k). Their processing service department said they are slow and will take another month to release my lien. Awful
We financed our car through Driveway at the recommendation of the car dealer we were purchasing the vehicle from. The fact that this was the only finance option they gave us should've been a red flag (note: we could've financed with any company). The purchase went smooth however that's where it stopped. It's like they decided to do an app yesterday. It has very little info on it and a screwed payment history. They do not let you apply extra money just to three principle, whether you pay online or mail a payment. They take a very long time to post payments both ways. I mailed an extra payment once and it took over a month to post and they couldn't figure out how to post the overpayment without advancing the due date. They refused to do whatever was needed so I could get my vehicle registration twice. They refused to provide ... read more
Worst car finance company ever, can't use the website to make payments so I have to call every time, then they have the audacity to ask why my payment is late even though I have a real job working in the medical field and can't always get in touch with them and spend an hour on the phone trying to pay bill.
