LATE AND RUDE!!!!! tried to use these guys for 4 apps. 3 NO CALL/NO SHOWS! And the 1 time they showed up, it was 1hr and 40mins passed when my mom was supposed to picked up. There was one sweet operator but the rest have been rude!!! They made my mom run out of life maintaining meds because they never showed up or called.

Very unscrupulous people, I needed a procedure to save my life and the surgical center required me to have someone stay there during the procedure I thought I had set this up with this company and I had paid out of my own pocket actually had to charge it on my credit card. I didn't need any assistance I just needed a ride and for someone to wait for me; right off the bat the guy that picks me up is telling me that he has to drop me off there and go pick up a bunch of other people even though the situation is right there on h... read more

I cannot thank you enough for the excellent service. DeDe gave me a call herself when she was in route. On time, very good driver. Car was very clean inside. Polite, dependable. I'll be calling for a ride next week, and will be requesting DeDe. She is certainly a fine example for others to follow. Thanks again!
