Very unscrupulous people, I needed a procedure to save my life and the surgical center required me to have someone stay there during the procedure I thought I had set this up with this company and I had paid out of my own pocket actually had to charge it on my credit card. I would not depend on these people to even answer their phone. Three times now they have left my husband stranded, no phone call, nothing, when they were supposed to transport for chemo. When you call the office, its like no one has a frigging clue what's going on. This morning they finally said someone was coming right away. I waited an hour and called them back. I called this establishment to get services for my mom and aunt. A girl by the name of Tasha is whom I spoke with. She has the absolute WORST attitude ever. I didn’t use the service, because of her. When you’re representing for a company in customer service we should hear the smile and warm welcoming through the phone. Not as thought you’ve had the worst day of your life! If you want a growing business to continue get Tasha off the calls.
