Jory has built two bikes for me and has serviced all of my family's bikes for 10 years now. He always carries quality brands at fair prices. He has always been understanding about my very detailed tendencies and goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy when I'm on two wheels. If you're looking for a quick, one-off bike purchase with no plans to ever have it serviced, maybe look elsewhere. Great shop and service! I don't live in Alabama, but I spend a lot of time up here for business. I had an issue with getting my clip off my spin shoes. The shop owner was so kind, he took the time to help me fix my clip and attach a new one. I'm now looking to purchase a bike and I will definitely go to Southern Carnage due to the service and quality of their bikes.

I am very grateful for southern carnage. The guy helped me when I was struggling with my big box store bicycle. He helped me with the breaks and had it fixed in seconds. I am very happy to come and will be back soon!
The owner was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He explained in detail the problem I was experiencing and repaired it while I waited. Really cool high quality bike shop. Loved the old building! I would highly recommend this shop!
