Would rate 0 stars if possible. We were long time customers, they made errors on last two years which flagged the IRS, and last year we came in March and they sent our taxes out late on May 2022, now I ma dealing with a $1700 past due bill as well as penalties to the IRS and having to pay-someone else to do our taxes correctly-- Arrrgh !!!
We'd been going to them for years, but our experience this last year was beyond bad. For starters, Nataly was super unresponsive, and very unprofessional in her communication. We later found out that she made a pretty big mistake on our return, causing us to be audited. The final straw was when she failed to provide any help to us in responding to the audit that she had caused in the first place. We will not be using them again.
Love them so much!! We have been with them for over 20 years!
We've gone to Jim and Nataly forever. They've never let us down!
