The Debt free solutions auto dialer that routes people to your business is harassing. Why won't they stop calling me? I've hit the do not call button more times than I can count. Why would you fo business with a call center who does this?

I have been going to Southern California Tax Group for more than 10 years. It doesn't matter whether I owe money to the IRS or getting a refund, Jonnell Tyler has always taken the time to explain my tax return and what I can do to improve my tax liability.
I like that they spent time learning about our financial situation so we were able to take advantage of some tax breaks that my old tax preparer never told us about. Uploading our information to their portal was super easy from my phone. I was sent regular communications so I knew the status of my return at all times. Very happy with outcome and service.
