PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT, PLEASE READ. This dealer was great to work with and has done everything they can to help me but... DO NOT BUY A GIANT BIKE. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A GIANT BRAND BICYCLE. There is no parts availability, no giant customer support, no warranty follow thru...NOTHING. If anything goes wrong with your bike you might as well throw it in a dumpster because there is no way to source or buy parts. I found the bike I was looking for in the Giant USA Website. It said this store in Brea had it. I called the store and Mike told me that in fact they had it but they were waiting on the battery since that ships separately. He took my info and told me he’ll call me when they get it. A few days went by and I honestly tough they forgot about me and sold it already. I was wrong. Mike called and told me that it was ready. I put a deposit and they patiently waited for me to come and get it. He was very professional and everything ... read more
