It was easy to set up rental appointments. They were thorough in explaining how wheel chair van worked. They were friendly and professional and were flexible in scheduling van pick up to my needs. Overall a pleasant experience.

Simply went into pick up my vehicle that had been repaired and I went to the area where the repairs are done to inform them that I was there to pick it up. , I even spoke to anyone some older gentleman who worked there came out from behind the room commenting that that there was a weirdo standing out here gesturing towards me. Well it may have been meant as a joke, I'm still a customer. I find it very unprofessional and rude to make such comments to someone you've never met. Such a shame.

From start to finish, I was treated like a valuable customer. I worked directly with Dale Helton and he was helpful in so many ways. The new van(and features) makes transporting my wife so much easier and safer. Dale you are champion in many ways.
