Customer service is awful. I ordered a copy in October 2024 and have never received it. I have reached out numerous times and in numerous ways since December and have never gotten a reply. Can’t even get a refund. I don’t recommend ordering from their website. Update: Thank you for replying. I would be happy to provide the order/invoice number.
