John & Nathan helped me get a nice entry road bike. They were very cool and knowledgeable throughout the process. They gave me a proper fit and installed my accessories also. highly recommended.
Been coming to this shop since they opened their doors under new ownership. The crew is very helpful with all my technical questions and even has stocked parts when I have asked for them. Even with the ever evolving realm of cycling changes these guys stay on top of the knowledge. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve been here twice and both times have been a negative experience. The guy in there told me I’d have to wait a week (and pay $60) for a seat adjustment um no. In addition the customer service is below par. They don’t have the approachable and nice feel of the other bicycle shop in town. They have nice clearance bibs (but it’s really just the same price as it would be online…I just TRY to shop local).
NEGLIGENT! They installed a riser and new handlebars for my bike and, OOPS! They didn't tighten the handlebars with the torque wrench. On my second ride after handlebars were installed, I was riding on the levee and handlebars became so loose that I was literally afraid they would fall off. I had to walk home the last 1/2 mile of my ride. This was potentially a VERY dangerous situation for the bike to start falling apart while I was riding it.
