My wife and 2 of her former college roommates and dear friends booked your property, confirmation# 5030468, aka Anderson Adobe, property # 7956003ha for May 18th – May 21st, 2020 on Jan 18th, 2020 to celebrate their 70th birthday. They take these bucket list vacations every 5 years to recognize and mark these milestones. Due underlying health conditions in two of these women, at the suggestions of their doctors and spouses, the women have had to cancel their trip. On March 13th they contacted you to cancel the reservations and requested a refund of $ 794.35. According to your website, the Cancelation Policy is 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date. To date they have not received a refund nor acknowledgement that one will be sent. upon calling Southern Belle i was offered a 50% refund or to rebook for 18 months.
