Came into the bank. The door was locked before 5 o’clock 15 minutes prior to closing and then they sent me to the drive-through which I hate going through.
Worked with them 4 months to open up a new business checking account just for them to tell me they are unable to open a small business account for me. Rather disappointing, I wish they would’ve just said no to start with instead of wasting hundreds of dollars and lots of time. Customer service was friendly and professional, there was just a lack of communication.
