Website is exceedingly slow. Account balances are not kept current. My Southern Bank app is not responding. When I tap on it I get a page that simply says "null".
I have used Southern Bank for over 30 years, in multiple locations for many purposes. I simply can not think of any one thing to criticize with this institution. Both old and new personnel have always been extremely helpful, kind, & generous with their time, in order to serve my banking needs. I trust this bank implicitly, & those that work there. My mother has had a stroke and asked my sister-in law to sign checks until she could write checks again. There were family issues wheher re my brother and sister-in-law took control of her account. That was not to be the issue. My mother has tried to order checks 3 times because she didnt have any and my brother would not bring her checks when she needed them. The women at Southern bank violated her privacy rights and would call my brother. I call Southern Bank the Blabber Mouth Bank because they invaded her privacy rights. ... read more
