Every time I go to this location the ladies are always so friendly and helpful! Great staff at this location!
Great local bank with friendly staff.
Tellers are miserable , unprofessional. If you use the debit card to much or over the state line they will immediately lock it and you will have to call them in order to get access to your money. Basically banks good if your card gets stolen often everyday.
The lack of professionalism and helpfulness of the tellers (particularly Candace Patel) is mind-blowing. They are obtrusive and go out of their way to make doing business with them difficult at every turn. If I could give 0 stars for a rating I would. edit - The manager Kim was very empathetic and helpful. She was the only person in the building who worked to find a way to help. She is a credit to an otherwise lackluster staff and the rating has been changed to reflect her assistance.
