The lending process here is a complete NIGHTMARE! Luckily for us, there’s other banks in town. And the other bank we switched to made the process so much easier and allowed us to get done what we needed to get done, no problems whatsoever. I have been banking at SBT for years now. They are amazing. I have been a victim of identity theft and they were quick with helping me get my stolen money back and changing my financial accounts to stop it from happening again. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Shannon is hands down the best teller I've met. My kids even know her by name because of how friendly she is.

Apparently they now take money out of your account if you don't keep $100 or more in there. $7 a month. They did not bother to inform anyone other than a letter they say they sent that I have never seen. They got me for $14 its not much but its the principle. I had the account as a secondary account only opened because I have a loan with them and the loan officer advised me to. I have since closed the account an am now looking to move my loan.
