The folks here at Southern Bank in Murfreesboro, NC are always professional, and in good standing in the community, however we will not bank with them since moving to Murfreesboro. They charge eight dollars to cash a check. There are too many fees and charges. Banks use the customers funds, loans etc., but still their customers are being charged administrative and or maintenance fees. We have talked to these folks on numerous occasions.
